A Brief Lesson in Song Writing Lyrics

We thought we'd be nice and give you all some song writing tips for free

So let's start with the first verse

We always like to palm mute and run through it twice

And then go into a fast chorus

Because

Choruses are meant to be fun

And of course

We like to play punk

So we always try to make them really fast and short

When you're coming into the second verse

You gotta make sure to change it up a bit

So that the riff is a little bit different

Then you bring it back down to the usual chords

Right before we go back into the chorus

Again

Repeat the words and then

It's time

To get ready to go to the bridge

Which I like to always make nice and slow

Y'know

It's okay to rip off songs

As long as they are good

And you don't do it for too long

Because the court of law says that's wrong

And just like that we're on the final verse

So if you have anything left to say

You gotta make it quick

Because by now the listener usually skips the song

Especially if it's on a BandCamp page

It's time for the final chorus

This is where we can really go off course

And of course
