Lights litter the sky with each point being a star or a planet with its own set of celestial bodies surrounding it

Why then when you're asked on the potential for life not of this world you're reluctant to consider that we're not the only ones

Ponder the numbers, the infinite galaxies, knowing that there are more of them than what we can see

Disregard those who perpetuate lies that we live on a planet still in its infancy

Your superstitions only get you so far an objective method of obtaining the truth has formed scientific method

Do not stifle progress do not hinder breakthroughs let the scientific method run its course

We must explore the enveloping darkness if we intend to survive in the long term

Make the jump to vacant planets for the long-term success of our species

Lest our lineage end with Earth
