Lost A Lot Of Time

I've been lost for a very long time, did you never think twice did you never wonder why

It's cause you don't ask your self and that's why, you been acting selfish I know don't lie

You been acting out more you been casting doubt more you been laughing loud more you been lashing out for

No reason at all so I'm just turning it off because putting up with you today just isn't my job. I'd rather put this energy to a positive cause then sit down with you and talk about your flaws

But this is all irrelevant your talking to a reverend you're getting all the help need you're better than you've ever been you're living with a better friend no discussion of the elephant. the truth is always bending and you'll probably end up betting it, and losing it, regretting it.

If there's something I'm forgetting then

Let me know immediately cause that that would embarrassing

To leave you all by your self defenseless But you can never say i didn't mend some fences

I gave you every chance To defend your stance once Now you get to hear me vent through these stanzas

We lost a lot of time but it was always on my mind coz time was on our side once, now it's time to break my silence

Coz I know that I did wrong, and I know to make it right I gotta go outside the lines, to re-align ya sight
