You can't spell believe without a lie in between I never lied as a teen, I just implied what I mean

I mean I tried everything, but when I come home you'd scream

You said that I was too young to understand what you mean

To understand what you think, to understand what you've seen

But you never hid it from us, and we could see everything

So we just had to grow up and just accepta few things

Like not taking the bus so we could buy food at lunch And I know you want me to focus on the positive things

The laughs, the love, and not the fucking money or rings
