Campfires on beaches, no one can reach us, we're all alone

Watching the firelight burn to an ember, we got so stoned

Look down the coastline, sunset horizon, stretches for miles

Hearing the waves crash, the wind breeze, the silence, we felt so alive

This could be some other time again

The sands of time won't change a thing

We can see what's been here before
