Sometimes I lay in my bed

Repeating the things that I could've said

Hard to admit, but I think about it

More than I should and I can't seem to quit

Think about violence think about me

And the criteria I never meet

Can't comprehend all the voices I hear

Feeling like crying, but can't feel no tears

Say that it's trauma maybe it's stress

Maybe I need to sleep better to test

But what if I tell you I'm trying my best

Closing my eyes relaxing no rest
