It is written, it is

History and prophecy

A vision of what will be

Seated on the throne

He who holds the scroll

Is wreathed in glory

Who is worthy

To break its seals?

No one in heaven or on earth

Or under the earth was found

Not one who walks the ground

No, nor the elders with their crowns

So I wept and cast my eyes down

Because none were worthy

To open the scroll or to look within

"Weep no more

Behold, the Lion has conquered

The Lamb who was slain

He is perfect in glory forever

And He will never

Be contained"

You are worthy

For you were slain,

And by your blood

Are the people saved

People of ev'ry

Every tongue and tribe and nation

You have made them a kingdom

And they shall reign

Thousands and thousands of voices

Lifting up to say

Worthy is the lamb

Worthy is the lamb who was slain

To receive power and wealth and wisdom and might

And honor and glory and blessing

The world and those who dwell within it
