Life is a complex topic, said this before let me stop this

Sophomore project done, learned a lot from album one

See, Midnight Mindset was something, I let my mind just keep running

It was fine for the time, but I could've tighten them rhymes

I sit and think about those, those fucking people I wrote

Didn't need their names on a beat, but see I was eighteen years old

Just an everyday teenager, frustrated with feelings hurt

At this point, it's just the past, head for the future with a pad

Thinking bout memories that last, now they all ghosts, but I ain't mad

That was just the era, hope they all doing good

Roster is changing, people were traded, with new rules in the book

See my mindset is different, me and my time, my commitment

I've kind of gone lone wolf, the lifetime friends are off the show

Sadly, that's how life goes, but road trips stay in my soul

Shit just had to be done to even attempt at this goal

Focus on me and my posts

This is the last song I wrote

Also the last song I'm recording

I've been up for almost twenty four hours now

Pretty tired

But this is kind of like a bittersweet moment, you know

Finishing another project

Crazy, crazy

New stories made everyday, so I write 'em down on a page

They lessons learned when they caged, experience come with the age

My passion is writing, I'm putting sweat, tears, and money

And these years keep on flying, I'm just tryna catch up on timing

Vacations are just recording, no lying writing on "Soaring"

My content is so important, it's my time that I be pouring

Days off, I'm still working, eyes roll when they heard this

Grinding to make a diamond, crafting up while I'm mining

Sights can be seen when I get finer at rhyming, puzzles are piling

Travels are like rewards and I don't think I deserve 'em

Putting money into investing, maybe one day I'll earn 'em

I'm tryna grow for the future, yeah that's the shit I'm concerning

I'm going at these fucking passions until death starts flirting

We earning this money just to ensure that we're something

Serving and working for nothing, leaving the earth feeling punished

When I clock out is when I punch in

I talk about the future a few times on this album

And that's because I think about it a lot

I don't know where I'm gonna be five years down the road

Ten years down the road, one year, you know

I hope I'm doing something along these lines one day

One of these damn days

Cause it's just I love this shit man

I may be the writer, rapper, but the teamwork completes it

Music succeeds shit, without composers in movies, there's no completion

They're the soul of the whole thing, emotions leaping

It's entertainment, but the care that is given

A whole body of work to create a new character living

You seeing words on a page, I'm seeing shows on a stage

I close my eyes when I'm rapping, 'magine be part of the magic

I be looking at the mirror, knowing life can better

Preparing all these songs, man it's just part of the set up

All this content's my heart and I just love making it

Shit, no one can come and listen and I'll still write again

I keep recording this

A million times trying to find the perfect thing to say at the end, but
