Monday

I've been at work two hours, I've already lost my mind

I look at my to-do list, and it's grown a few more lines

Sitting in this cubicle, I think my brain might melt

The grass is always greener somewhere else

My boss sends me an email, as if they could do my job

They think they're being helpful, but they come off like a snob

Staring at my inbox, I would rather watch paint dry

I think I'll stick this ballpen in my eye

I listen to the clock tick till my workday's at an end

But there's just a few more hours till I hear that clock again
