Numb To Pain

I so numb to pain, I so used to just getting hurt

Always was taught wish for the best, but expect the worst

And I was getting put last from people I was putting first

Can't let my heart be the reason I get put on a shirt

Experiencing pain from I was young, thought I was under a curse

It make me change, I ain't the same, I just moving cautious

Too solid, even though I get cross, I can't do no crossing

Can't be showing too much feelings, so I just gotta toss 'em

God help me through it all and I thank Him everyday 

And I be trying to make this rap blow in every way 

They tell me I can't do it and I gotta prove 'em wrong
