Do you ever look back and just question what you were thinking

Past mistakes really got me praying for some wisdom

Endeavouring to glean it as I'm reading through the scriptures

But I'm a hypocrite if it don't change the way I'm living

A lot of things I wish I did, a lot I wish I didn't

A lot of situations that I wish I handled different

Lot of issues, lot of things that I kept hidden

I've caused a lot of pain, most of it was self-inflicted

I've fallen short, made a lot of wrong decisions

But every one's a lesson, if we ever choose to listen

Led to me being different, now I'm here to make a difference

In this business, keep it real, though they'd rather hear some fiction
