Thoughts of death was something typically I didn't carry

Until I read my granny's name in that obituary

She never got to see her grandkids married

I never got to see my grandma buried

You'd be so proud of who I became

Getting sick of money, that's the root of all my shame

Now I let my head hang while I'm thinking about

How you never got your funeral arrangement

I don't want to call it quits

But I've worn off my tolerance

When life gets hard on top of this
