And I've been searching for light in the darkness

And I can't remember the last time I heard your name

It's seems so grey and slightly faded away ("This is hard to do...")

I don't really know what I thought love was

But now I understand that this shit ain't it

I would always try but the lack of love received wasn't equal

To the love that I would give
