My Filtered Mind

I said empty your mind

Be formless, shapeless, like water

It's not an easy skill to learn

I've been practicing it for many years

My filtered mind is like a flower with no water

My foot is off the pedal though, I am falling with no spotter

I'm falling further faster now, the earth's my gravity

I want to turn back upside down, and explore the galaxy

No tangled web of lies to land, or internet to catch me

A phone to text, all caps, no calls, just a sad emoji

My written words wrote down erased, to shield my spotless mind
