To whoever is listening to this

I just want to send a ray of gratitude.

It truly means a lot when

people actually tune in and

Thank you for coming to the end of the EP

Much like the previous tracks

My initial concept with this piece was to over produce it

Over filter it

Make it really manic

chaotic and swervy

As the rodent sort of ascends into his final stages of death.

However

I've decided to actually do the complete contrast

And read it as organically and raw as I can

to sort of try to capture a sense of authenticity

And you know

Taking the beer fed rodent mask off

Taking all of the characters

Taking all of this alienated mania

And really trying to talk to you

Human to human

Without further ado,

I present you with my poem

Did You

Let's begin shall we

Did you live your life well

Spent questioning it all

The people you met

Swallowing pills

Chasing thrills

And pushing boulders up hills

Was there any meaning to your chains

Do you wish you kissed her

When you had the chance

Do you wish you could find her

For one last dance

Do you wish you didn't jump

When you decided to end it all

Would you go back and stop the bottle

Addiction took it's toil

But are you to blame for what happened

In primary school

A vivid memory haunted you

Like a ripped page in a book

Do you remember his face

When he took your youth

A broken soul

Forced to trial this unknown world

You never asked to grow

And now that you got your wish

Do you regret it

As you linger in limbo

A place between life and death

Heaven and hell

Do you wish you could go back

Moments before you decided tonight was your last

Or are you happy with the way

You committed suicide

Would a gun of been easier

Then a leap of faith

It was all a lie

Religion was fiction

As you predicted

But do you still think about the girl

You left in the mortal realm

You glimpsed into her eye

Yet you still took your life

Was that selfish

If only you let go your pride

Or could she never understand

What you were going through

Maybe if you told her

She could of helped you heal

But it's to late for that

As your corpse rots six feet bellow

The police arrive with pest control

If only you let your wounds peel
