I was praying with some brothers the other day about some things I was goin through and they said

But to have the mind of Christ is to crucify the flesh

Even though I know that my soul is problematic

So much drama in the world causing static

And I seen so many gone off of drugs money and rapping

Forgive me for my slacking and times I back slid

Maybe that's part the reason that I still ain't got a kid

You still held me down when I was facing a bid

And thanks for letting me quit drinking liquor like you did

Cuz Father I'm a kid and trying to rise

And that's why we strive to live a life for Christ

God we all in, no compromise

But I wish I could see my whole life through your eyes

Cuz Lord there's no lie, I'm lost in this weather

Even though I know that it can't rain forever

But you put the lowest oceans and the mountains together

So my faith stay strong so I know you'll get this letter
