Shiny and new on the outside, but rotten to the core

I saw what it was doing to myself, couldn't take it anymore

Lending our ears to the melting pot, and mad when they get burned

Turning our heads to the other side, ain't no lessons learned

At the end of the day, it's all just plastic

The thoughts in our head aren't so distinct, when they're all thrown on the wall

For a ome walking is a basic instinct, while others need to learn to crawl

Side by side every day, feels like oil in my veins

Pulling us into an abysmal state, cause the comparisons make no sense
