Maybe I'm just way too high but there's too many NPC's outside

Can somebody please tell me why the same SUV's double parked outside

Yea maybe it's my paranoid mind

Maybe if I shucked and jived they wouldn't wanna push me to the side

But everybody knows the white mans rules I can't abide

Blue strips and black lives, only things that's on my mind
