We don't before we move on to the next, but it's an opportunity to take a look and just to dig deep

And to just look inside, because sometimes we can take things that we have been hurt from our past

And we can take it on to the next before even looking and saying

What is it within me? What do I need to do? But we have to heal. The only way we can be
