Sometimes I feel peace and quiet

But only when I set a timer for three minutes to try and stop compulsions

Tiny light beams will bleed through the cracks

But this giant lock won't open

All my securities, they lie within my magnum opus

And they love me for it

But it's so euphoric

When people love you for the same reasons you hate yourself

I make myself vulnerable because I think it may could help
