Sickness and sadness is always worse in the mornings

And the moment your life implodes always sneaks up without warning

Your knees start to buckle as you feel your heart break

Your knuckles tighten as your as hands start to shake

And no matter what you hit, it's you who's gonna break, so you scream

I need something to save me, and it's probably from myself

Because my greatest pillars are falling, and I think I need some help

I've always been the foundation, I've shifted and I've cracked
