Oxymoron

Here I am again, summer's end

Don't know how to feel or what to expect

Stealing sunflowers, taking photographs

Memorizing the hum, trying to make it all last

But I'm not the same boy I was in May

Everything has changed except my name

Now I'm packing up my belongings, onto the next phase

But I have no concrete understanding of what awaits

I thought we said our final goodbye

But no you're here again rubbing my back and drying my eyes
