Every day's the same as the last

I can't tell the difference between the past and present

It's going faster than ever I can't be asked

I wake up at midday rubbing my eyes

I wanna get up but I don't even try, I hit snooze about nine times

And then I lay in bed hoping for the next day to arrive

Today, I'm overthinking

I call my mate, but he's out drinking

And I'm just kicking back watching days go by

And showing up to school in a suit and tie

Today I don't follow the rules
