Let go of all perceptions of me, or at least loosen your grab

I know that this message might seem, like my future and my past

Don't exist, that's cause that's what this is

Not looking forward, not looking back

Here's what I learned from living in the present

The power of now can heal anxiety and depression

It's something bout how being present instantly lessen's

Any doubts fears and worries, therefore halting their progression

There's not question, no second guessing, no reason for hesitation
