Return To Grace

In the depths of my soul, a darkness resides A shadow of guilt, where my conscience confides

I've wandered astray from the path I should tread My heart filled with sorrow, my spirit misled

Oh Lord, I confess, my sins are so deep My soul is in anguish, my tears I can't keep

Forgive me, my Father, for the wrongs I have done Restore my lost spirit, let Your light shine on

I've stumbled and fallen time and time again My pride and my ego, a source of my pain

I've turned from Your grace, sought solace in vain Now I yearn for Your mercy to ease my deep pain
