Wild Man

I've been running like the wind, never slowing my pace

While the years carved their lines on my weathered face

All my friends built castles, they laid their stones down

Now they're kings of their kingdoms in some quiet town

But I'm still chasing midnight like it's something divine

A rebel without borders, no track to align

They traded their dreams for the sound of little feet

And I'm out here where the city and the night still meet

Their stories are lullabies, mine's a wildfire hymn
