I saw you last night in my dream and man. It was good to see you again.

I still remember all those things that we went through together as friends

Skipping school to go get high you know we didn't give a damn

Nobody told us what to do. At least that's how we had it planned.

And the next thing I know you were taken right away from me

And your mother and your sister and friends so suddenly

But in my dreams, I watch you fly rockin' on the other side

And I know deep down inside that you're doing all right

The roller coaster of life goes up and down, but man it's been a hell of a ride

But it hasn't quite been the same my friend without you right here by my side
