Rock Bottom

Mama prayed that it would end like this, that I'd come to a wilderness, and that I would end up hopeless on my knees

Daddy prayed that I would find my way from the broken path that led me astray, and that I would end up broken at your feet

Granny cried for me, and I, that I'd let Him make my wrong things right, and I'd let His precious blood consume me and wash me white

So now here I am, and I'm turning myself in, caught charges from the maker, my guilt and shame have no end
