Dear church you're really dear and a part of me fears

It can appear worse when it's hard to be clear pardon if mere

Words kind of limited the beat the rhymes at times

I find prohibitive speaking my mind while keeping in line with a genre

Can be an irritant but I'm hoping you're hearing it being that for a minute

You might have doubted I love you yet from the beginning I did and never could shrug you

To be counted among you is a privilege not around to begrudge you

This ain't a frown not weighing you down and isn't it giving you much due

To mention that I need you and if I left an impression

That suggested otherwise or would lead to other lies or dissension

Please don't let it get your attention never forget my intention

Wasn't that not for a second and to be meeting together is heaven
