Fishin' Hole

There's a spot I know where the river bends

A little hidden cove where the tall grass ends

Where the bass run deep and the catfish bite

I sneak away there just about every night

Got a cooler full of beer and a tackle box

Ain't no sound but the splashin' of the rocks

And I pray every day that no one comes along

To this piece of paradise where I feel I belong

Down at my fishin' hole where the world stands still

Where the water runs clear and the nights feel real

Ain't no crowds ain't no roads just a dirt path home
