Sweat drips down like pouring rain,
Keep on pushing, chase that high,
But I'm burning out, reaching for the sky

Signed up for PT, but my energy's low,
Eyes on the trainer, praying they'll go slow,
They say "one more set," oh please, not today,
But I keep showing up, no time to sway

I'm running on fumes, but I can't stop now,
The pressure's high, I'll make it somehow,
Muscles aching, yet I grit my teeth,
'Cause the grind don't stop, and the pain's beneath

Burnout on the brink, but I still won't sink,
Sweat and tears, I'm right on the edge, I think,
Pushing through the pain, won't break this chain,
The gains keep calling, I'm back in the game!
