Overnight Downpour

In the bathroom you rub my shoulders as I peer into the toilet

It's a nightly occurrence or it used to be but not anymore

Mouth full of saliva makes me gip but it's not a trick this time

Nothing to get outta just this state to make it to the door

Don't know how I got here and to be honest I'd simply rather not

Go back outside because the sounds too loud and my heads too hot

'A fucking paradox this is' I spew to anybody listening through the wall

And now I'm waiting here shaking hear the overnight downpour

'I'll be back in ten' I hope someone's listening
