I was going down a dark path burning out fast like a shooting star

Heart crashed in a deep ditch I was weak sick had the cold sweats

Lost contact with myself I couldn't bear the burdens of my flesh

Very little did I know then that you would come back in the sweetest ways

I thought that you were gone for good I misunderstood it's the healing stage

Remind myself love is everything

Although life can be full of tears love perseveres through our memories
