Roses

The smell of roses, sits heavy in the air

I stumble through the darkness and find the garden of roses there

I'm tangled in their branches, and the thorns they tear my skin

I could search around forever, and never find this place again

Now I can't remember, what I came here to forget

What's clouds my memory, I'll never regret

Surely one little secret, won't cause any harm

Who knew that all of our suffering could be solved in each other's arms

Where does the night go, when the thorns are stabbed in your side

When you're leaving in the morning and there's only so much time
