In the darkness where I stand, trying to understand the plan

Desires pulling at my soul, need to take back some control

I know it's right but I don't do, tangled thoughts confuse the view

Heart and mind in constant fight, lost in dreams of endless night

I'm so confused, torn apart, lost between my mind and heart

Pool of dreams and what I need, caught in waves, cannot breathe

Whispered secrets in the wind, voices tell me where to begin

Lines get crossed and fade away, in this trance I start to sway

Light and shadows dance around, in the echoes hear the sound

Bound to choices, quiet screams, lost within these shattered dreams
