You can never fall, if you don't ever get up

Never try to move on, and you'll always be stuck

Try to hold on to blade you gone always get cut

Live in fear of hate and you won't ever see love

I held on to the blame for long enough

Got tired of the same still I stayed in this rut

For so long I felt something was holding me down

Turns out that the world feels safer when you duck

Who I am now is no longer who I was

Come to find out I was someone I could trust

You know the saying you reap what you sow

I'm eating better now I learned to follow my gut
