The First to Serve

I was never a student of the books, never a student of the lessons

I always knew that I wanted to learn how to use them smith and Wessons

A wise man sat me down and told me that I needed to come up with something great

I needed to act upon my plan before it would be come too late

The first thing I thought, was I would get a job, a simple nine to five

What I realized is that would just be enough to stay alive

More should be in the cards the wise man said to me so back to the thought I went

Thought and spent, thought and spent.

I went down to the local recruiting office and met with my recruiter

We discussed all the possibilities including me thinking about becoming a sharp shooter.
