One breath at a time, breathing in and out, and stay with your inhale, let your exhale

free. In, out. In, out

Staying awake, staying aware, staying present, and just noticing if there's anything that is being released, it wants to leave, it's ready to be metabolized, processed, making space for something new

It's normal and it's natural. It doesn't have to be dramatic, even though it can be cathartic and life is intense sometimes. But the more you relax and the more you trust, the more you become a nice, energetic match for the breath

And when I say nice, I mean that it's easier, you trust it more, you trust life more

And then it can be easier to let go, it can be easier to move on. Breathing in, letting go in the exhale

And in this moment, I would love if you could just find a way where things can just be a little bit easier. So whether it's in the mind, there's just easier thoughts that you can think, find that way right now

If it's in the body, if you're cramping, if you're moving a lot, if you're feeling a little bit irritated, can you relax more? Can it be easier for the body to go through this

If you're in some sort of dynamic with another human being and you feel like it's complicated and you're not understanding each other or something's happening, can it be easier? Can you relax the judgment? Can you relax needing to be right in this moment? And rather find connection, go back to the heart of this human

And if that dynamic is with yourself, can you find a way right now to be easier on yourself? Is there a way that you can just be a little bit easier on yourself
