Introspection

I said hello to a stranger Wrote a poem about the rain

Shared a smile in the hallway Gave a compliment again

I baked cookies for the neighbors Tried a new book from the shelf

Sent a message to an old friend Joined a group to improve myself

I painted a picture of the sunrise Learned to dance in the park

Planted flowers by the window Played a tune on my guitar

I tried yoga in the morning Took a walk to clear my mind

Started journaling my feelings Practiced kindness, tried to be kind

I volunteered at the shelter Wrote my thoughts in a song

Spent some time in meditation Wondered where I belong
