Am I wrong for not telling the truth 'bout how I really feel?

I try to pray and stay positive, but I wanna kill me, still

I really feel so uncertain, living without a purpose

Am I addicted to sinning, or am I sinning on purpose?

I need some sanity thoughts instead of vanity faults

How much it cost for some happiness, and can it be bought?

Folks cannot stand me, I talk to myself to avoid conversations

I hate 'em too cause they be hating on my flaws and complications

I'm a fucking mental patient with so very little patience

Soon as I make some plans, I cancel 'em for isolation

It's hell with this depression, I go silent, certainly

Who's concerned gets frustrated cause they haven't heard from me
