    Le patient a pris le volant pour se rendre au travail et a eut un accident sans gravité

    Les pompiers l'ont conduit aux urgences au centre hospitalier Lyon Sud

    Ou l'évaluation initiale a mis en évidence un dépressif sévère

    Assorti d'hallucinations auditives récurrentes d'un événement traumatique survenu il y a 18 mois

    Le décès brutal par overdose de la compagne du patient

    Une désorganisation psychique et des propos nébuleux et par moments décousus ont été relevés également

    Le bilan toxicologique aux urgences a retrouvé des traces de cocaïne et de cannabis
