Rise Up

God presides in the great assembly, rendering judgment among the gods

How long will you defend the unjust, show partiality to the wicked ones

Defend the weak and fatherless, uphold the cause of the poor oppressed

Rescue the weak and the needy, deliver them from the wicked's hand

Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inhabitants

The gods know nothing, understand not. They walk in darkness, earth's foundations shake

I said you are God's sons of the Most High. But like mere mortals, you will die, rulers fall
