The older I grow the more that I find

That no one controls your glorified life

I'm rocking my boat I'm pouring my time

Up in the studio recording my mind

Cos before when I die I wanna look back

I wanna be proud of the impact I left behind

See that I inspired some people to start the climb

If it's just a couple people it's worth it within my eyes

I emerge when the curtains draw sure I'm a work in progress
