And so, he walks down the dark and lonely path

Not knowing where he is going, when he is to die

Wishing desperately to face the consequences of his actions

All around him is unrecognisable

The vultures screech away and pick apart at the bones of the weak

That lay dying in the street

And he wants that same fate

Left to face the turmoil, that he has caused

He finds a single, solemn spot of grass to sit

And prays to gods above to be beaten for what he has done
