In the shadows of the steeple, where doctrines breed

A congregation blind, their minds in chains they cannot see

Dogmas carved in stone, as the preachers preach

But I question the silence, as the skeptics teach

Break the chains of the divine

Shatter your idols, now is the time

Drowning in holy water, suffocating in belief

A deity's puppet, shackled in religious grief

Wolves in shepherd's clothing, their fangs unsheathed

Manipulating minds, with scriptures wreathed
