Sometimes I be starring at the mixture in my tumbler eyes are glazed

With just flickers from the TV and I start to fade

Thinking back when I thought what it'd be like at this age

Am I adult enough am I better than yesterday

Did I

Think I'd have so much going on

And the same social circles from where I've travelled from

Yeh No okay but what about my interests which have gone

Time seems to fly and thats my strength to carry on

Coz I'm from the era tech was an electric steak knife

To watch my favourite film you'd share the vhs right

I only have memories of some of the best nights
