Angry ft. nPanda

I've taken up Ju Jitsu in a bid for spiritual enlightenment

The hope is that through healthy physical expressions of aggression, I will be able to let my muscles release whatever it is that's wound around them

At night I find it difficult to sleep

To get to sleep, that is

I can't work out where it's coming from, but my body shakes like it's in the grips of a seizure.

It doesn't scare me, though

I just let the body do the work

Being nice to people all day is draining, but what else can I do?

It's true that sometimes I want to break character: give them a taste of it

But I can't see where that would get me
