Not really an owl gal, not great at night

Not much of a morning bird, but the worm part sounds right

Spend my days deep in the dirt, I'll push my hands down in the earth I'm searching for the little things to make it so it doesn't hurt

How do I make a decision when I can barely stay awake

Whole day of doing nothing, I gotta take a break

I've been spending too much money and not enough of my time

Peeking out above the crowd, letting my thoughts get too loud

Get too loud

Separate my mind in two, like I'm splitting wood with a black and white view

Don't have a lot to attend to, both sides always coming through
