Rapping at the door, sheltered under canopy

You're alone and cold

Matches, fresh clay and a full sachet

Plus my boots are soaking wet, and you owe me a debt

Doggy champing at the bit, tested wit, burning wick

With each pitter and every patter my tally is getting blacker
