Where have all the milestones gone

I'm further down the road, but it just keeps going on and on

As a kid, time walked so slow

But now it runs so fast, it's like the lights are stuck on go

Cause I know, this life can just pack up and leave

When it feels like we're living in a world of make believe

So I've laid out these photographs to show the past

Cause it brings back the milestones that were made to last

So I wonder what the future holds

A story of greatness or is it one most likely seldom told
